Infertility
One in six couples worldwide suffers with infertility.
Finding out that you are suffering with infertility is one of the most painful existential life crises that you will experience throughout your life. Receiving this news is often the start of a long and arduous journey as you set out to build your family through assisted conception, alternative parenting paths or as you grieve the loss of a dream.
People come to me for fertility counselling throughout all stages of their journey:
- Pre and conscious conception
- Throughout IVF and assisted conception treatment

How I work
The context that I hold throughout your counselling is always a hopeful and optimistic one, whether your goal is pregnancy, alternative parenting or a happy childfree life.
I have a wealth of personal and professional experience in relation to infertility, alternative-parenting paths including adoption and foster care, involuntary childlessness and childfree living. I am a member of ACCESS: Australia’s Infertility Network.
After many year of trying to conceive naturally and with IVF using a donor, my husband and I embarked on the road to intercountry adoption, then local adoption and long-term care. I am now the mother of two gorgeous children.
I know the deep loss and despair that infertility can cause. I am able to work at depth with these issues and can help you to find a sense of purpose, value and meaning out of your suffering.
