Lacking in body confidence? Then try this 2 minute Power Pose with Wonder Woman.

In the Amy Cuddy video, Power Poses, she talks about how our body language governs how we think and feel about ourselves, and how the position we hold our bodies in can have an impact on our mind. By commanding a powerful stance, we can make ourselves feel more confident and powerful. This work is known as postural feedback.

Cuddy examined over 55 studies and clearly demonstrated a link between expansive postures and feelings of confidence and power. The participants in the studies emerged with higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of cortisol after two minutes in the Wonder Woman power pose.
